How this is calculated
Concentration is the peptide amount spread through the total liquid volume:
concentration (mcg/mL) = vial amount (mg) × 1000 ÷ water added (mL)
The volume to draw is your target dose divided by that concentration:
volume to draw (mL) = dose (mcg) ÷ concentration (mcg/mL)
For insulin-style syringes, the barrel is marked on a U-100 scale (100 units = 1 mL), so:
units to draw = volume to draw (mL) × 100
Doses in the vial is how many full draws of that size fit in the total water added:
doses in vial = ⌊water added (mL) ÷ volume to draw (mL)⌋
